Bellucci Napoli is a luxury tailoring house founded by Professor Nedo Bellucci, specializing in Neapolitan bespoke tailoring, made-to-measure garments, made-to-order garments, and curated menswear. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Bellucci Napoli operates exclusively as a bespoke, made-to-measure (MTM), and made-to-order (MTO) service. The nature of our offering means that each garment is individually crafted, personalized upon the client's specific details, body measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences.

Our services include:

• Bespoke Tailoring — One-of-one garments designed in person, cut from an individual pattern created exclusively for the client
• Made-to-Measure (MTM) — Garments customized based on the client's precise measurements and design preferences
• Made-to-Order (MTO) — Garments produced upon order from our curated collections, with select personalization options
• Accessories and curated items

Product descriptions aim to represent materials, craftsmanship, and design accurately. Because all garments are handmade by master tailors, minor variations may occur and are considered part of artisanal craftsmanship, not defects.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Bellucci Napoli reserves the right to cancel an order, limit quantities, or refuse service at its sole discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and refunded in full.

Cancellation & Refund Window: Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, provided that production has not yet commenced. After 48 hours, garments enter the tailoring production process and orders can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Because of the personalized nature of our bespoke and MTM services — where each garment is constructed upon the client's individual details and body measurements — we guarantee the best possible fit. If adjustments are required after delivery, our team will work with you to achieve absolute satisfaction.

For MTO (Made-to-Order) products, items may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipping, provided the garment is unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original condition.

Bellucci Napoli guarantees 100% client satisfaction. For bespoke and made-to-measure garments, we stand behind the fit and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If the garment does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, our master tailors will perform the necessary adjustments at no additional cost to the client.

For 3D Made-to-Measure garments, Bellucci Napoli offers an alteration credit of up to $150 per garment if adjustments are necessary. Our styling team will determine whether alterations will be performed by our team or a local alteration credit will be applied.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs may apply depending on the destination country.

All content on this website — including designs, logos, product images, text, and brand elements — are the intellectual property of Bellucci Napoli. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Bellucci Napoli shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, delays in shipping, or misuse of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the garment in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
