Bespoke, Made-to-Measure & Custom Garments Policy

By placing an order for a bespoke or made-to-measure garment, the client acknowledges that the product is individually crafted according to personal measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences. Because of the personalized nature of this service, each garment is constructed upon the client's specific details and body measurements.

Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, provided production has not yet commenced.

After 48 hours, garments enter the tailoring production process and orders can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. Because each garment is produced specifically for the client and cannot be resold, bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom garments are considered final sale once production begins.

By confirming the order, the client authorizes Bellucci Napoli to begin production and accepts that custom garments are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after the 48-hour window.

Bellucci Napoli guarantees 100% client satisfaction on all bespoke and made-to-measure garments. We guarantee the best possible fit for every bespoke and MTM piece we create.

If minor adjustments are required after delivery, our team will assist in determining the most appropriate alteration solution. For 3D Made-to-Measure garments, Bellucci Napoli offers an alteration credit of up to $150 per garment if adjustments are necessary.

Because each fabric behaves differently and may influence the final drape and fit, our styling team will work with you to determine whether:

• Alterations will be performed by our team, or
• A local alteration credit will be applied

Our goal is always to ensure the best possible fit while preserving the integrity of Neapolitan tailoring craftsmanship.

For Made-to-Order (MTO) products, items may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipping, provided:

• The garment is unworn
• All tags remain attached
• The item is in its original condition and packaging

MTO returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Because each garment is individually crafted, delivery timelines may vary. Estimated production times:

• Made-to-Measure garments: approximately 4–6 weeks
• Bespoke garments: approximately 6–10 weeks

Delays may occasionally occur due to fabric availability or tailoring processes. Our team will keep you updated throughout the tailoring process and will notify you when the garment is ready for shipment.
