What services does Bellucci Napoli offer?

Bellucci Napoli is a bespoke, made-to-measure (MTM), and made-to-order (MTO) tailoring house. Every garment is individually crafted based on the client's body measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences. We do not operate as a traditional retail store — each piece is personalized to the client.

What is the difference between bespoke and made-to-measure?

Bespoke garments are designed in person and cut from an individual pattern created exclusively for the client. Made-to-measure garments are customized based on the client's measurements and design preferences, using our signature patterns as a foundation.

What is Made-to-Order (MTO)?

MTO garments are produced upon order from our curated collections with select personalization options. Unlike bespoke and MTM, MTO products follow standard sizing with minor customizations.

Can I personalize my garments?

Yes. Clients may choose fabrics, lapel styles, button configurations, linings, and finishes depending on the garment type. Our master tailors and style consultants will guide you through every option.

Is there a store where I can see products in person?

Bellucci Napoli operates as an atelier-based service. If you are in New York, you can arrange a private consultation at our studio. Contact us to schedule your appointment.

Can I cancel my order?

Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, provided production has not yet started. After 48 hours, bespoke and MTM garments enter the tailoring production process and orders can no longer be cancelled. MTO products may be returned within 14 days from shipping.

What does "Super" mean in fabric terminology?

The "Super" number indicates the fineness of the wool fiber. Higher numbers (Super 120s, 150s, 180s) indicate finer, softer, and more luxurious fabrics. Bellucci Napoli sources fabrics from the world's finest Italian and British mills.

How do I choose the right fabric weight?

Fabric weight is measured in grams per meter (g/m). Summer fabrics typically weigh less than 240 g/m, while winter fabrics start at 270 g/m. Our style consultants will recommend the ideal weight based on your climate, lifestyle, and intended use.

What is the difference between full-canvas and fused construction?

Full-canvas construction uses a layer of horsehair canvas hand-sewn between the outer fabric and lining. This allows the jacket to drape naturally, mold to the body over time, and maintain its shape for decades. All Bellucci Napoli jackets use full-canvas construction — the hallmark of true Neapolitan tailoring.

Fused construction uses adhesive to bond the interlining, which is faster and cheaper but lacks the craftsmanship, longevity, and natural drape of canvas tailoring.

What are the production times?

Estimated production times from order confirmation:

• Shirts & Polo Shirts: approximately 2 weeks
• Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Blazers: approximately 4–6 weeks
• Coats: approximately 5–6 weeks
• Bespoke garments: approximately 6–10 weeks

Delays may occasionally occur due to fabric availability or tailoring processes. Our team will keep you updated throughout.

Where are Bellucci Napoli garments made?

All garments are crafted in Naples, Italy, following traditional Neapolitan tailoring techniques passed down through generations.

Is there an intermediate fit test?

For bespoke garments, intermediate fittings may be arranged depending on the complexity of the order. For MTM garments, you will receive the finished garment directly. If adjustments are needed, contact our customer service team.

How should I care for my garments?

Suits, jackets, blazers, coats, and trousers should be professionally dry cleaned with a delicate process. Cotton shirts and polo shirts may be washed by hand or machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Always remove collar stays before washing shirts.
