Shipping Policy

Because each garment is individually crafted, delivery timelines may vary based on the type of service:

• Shirts & Polo Shirts: approximately 2 weeks from production confirmation
• Made-to-Measure garments: approximately 4–6 weeks
• Bespoke garments: approximately 6–10 weeks
• Coats: approximately 5–6 weeks

For bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom garments, orders enter the tailoring production process 48 hours after purchase. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, garments enter production and orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Our team will keep you updated throughout the tailoring process and will notify you when the garment is ready for shipment.

Once the garment is completed and shipped, delivery times generally range from:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• International destinations: 5–10 business days depending on location

Our team will notify you when the garment has been shipped and provide tracking information.

Orders may be shipped using trusted international carriers such as:

• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
