Alteration, Return & Exchange Policy

We want every client to be completely satisfied with their purchase. As a bespoke, made-to-measure, and made-to-order service, Bellucci Napoli stands behind the quality and fit of every garment we create.

Because each bespoke and MTM garment is individually crafted according to personal measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences, these garments are considered final sale once production begins.

48-Hour Cancellation Window: Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, provided production has not yet started. After 48 hours, garments enter the tailoring production process and orders can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Fit Guarantee: Bellucci Napoli guarantees the best possible fit for all bespoke and MTM garments. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If adjustments are required, our master tailors will work with you to achieve the perfect fit.

For 3D Made-to-Measure garments, an alteration credit of up to $150 per garment is available if adjustments are necessary.

MTO products may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipping, provided:

• The item is unworn
• All tags remain attached
• The item is in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to the client.

Bellucci Napoli is committed to delivering the best possible fit. Our styling team will work with you to determine whether:

• Alterations will be performed by our team directly
• A local alteration credit will be applied
