Absolutely. We stand behind each and every garment with a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are not thrilled with the fit of your garment (and you tell us within six months of the garment being made), we will either alter it to fit your needs or remake it once free of charge.
Because our garments are specially made for each client, we cannot accept returns or give cash refunds (unless of course we made an irreparable mistake, which is exceedingly rare).
Amongst other things, there are 3 main and distinctive benefits to buying your garments from Bellucci Napoli.
Comfort in movement and a modern athletic fit because of our use of the Neapolitan deconstructed tailoring techniques. In Naples, we say a jacket is well made when you are holding onto the train and your jacket doesn't bulk around the shoulders.
Versatility, because our garments allow you to dress them up or down and they will always look great, no matter the occasion. In contrast to the English tailoring style, where your suit jacket will still look like a suit jacket when you are trying to sport it as a blazer.
Durability because the shoulder pads in other suits often break down and lose shape after wearing for a period time. Even regular activities like lifting your arms and hanging onto something, even rain, or the bag straps from traveling, will deteriorate the pads making your jacket look old and cheap fast. In contrast, the Neapolitan jacket will actually mold to your body the more you wear it. As a result, your garments last longer.
After each wear, hang your suit outside the closet overnight so that moisture and odor can escape the fabric. Hang your trousers long-ways from the bottom hem with a pant hanger – this allows the weight of the garment to pull wrinkles out naturally, thus reducing the need for pressing.
Your suits should be dry cleaned only if they become physically dirty, and generally should not be cleaned more than a few times a year. If your garment isn’t visibly dirty but needs a refreshing, use a hand-held steamer or have it hand-pressed by a reputable cleaner.
Although dry cleaning itself (if done properly) won’t damage a garment, far too many cleaners fail to adequately maintain their equipment and often use dirty chemicals in the “cleaning” process. Moreover, poor quality pressing can make your suits look old, tired and damaged after only one press. Invest in the best quality dry cleaner in your area to take care of your suits. While a good cleaner is expensive, they will keep your suits looking great for much longer than their mediocre competition will.
If you sign up in BELLUCCI CARE we will fully maintain your garment with our innovative CO2 delicate and environmentally friendly cleaning service and our exclusive Steam & Press service
Unlike suits, shirts can be laundered with water, although dry cleaning is also an option. Shirts should be laundered using warm, not hot, water, and hand-pressed with a warm iron. Find a cleaner who actually does their shirts in-house, as most send them to large commercial laundries that use very hot water and strong chemicals for soil removal. This harsh process will take away from the life-span of your shirts.
Refrain from using any starch on your shirts. It causes the cotton fibers to become brittle, which in turn can cause the fabric to wear out more quickly. Be sure to remove your collar stays before sending them to the cleaner. The stays will leave scorch marks if the shirt is pressed with the stays still in the collar. Of course, a good cleaner will remove your collar stays prior to the wash and replace them after pressing, but why take any chances.
If you have issues with underarm stains, ring around the collar, food spots, etc. apply Shout, Oxy Clean or a similar stain remover as soon as you take off the shirt and have the shirt laundered as soon as possible. The longer a stain sits on the fabric, the hard it is to have removed. Keep in mind that some shrinkage will occur in new shirts. After one or two washes a new shirt will shrink approximately ¼ to ½ inch the collar and sleeve length. This amount is already built into your measurements, so if your shirt feels a touch big when you first get it, don’t worry.

Terminology & Definitions
The word bespoke refers to clothing made to a client’s exact specifications. Our Bespoke suit tailoring are cut from a hand-drafted and individualized pattern and is entirely hand made in our workroom in Napoli, Italy. Our made-to-measure suit, are strategically made over a standard preexisting pattern which is meticulously modified according custom body type and posture in order to guarantee a perfect fit.
Both our line Bespoke and Made-To-Measure are fully canvased with the difference that Made-To-Measure are finished on a sewing machine, the Bespoke are fully handmade
In a 'fused canvas' the jacket is made by using glue to attach the fabric to the canvas. It is the quickest and cheapest way to constructed a jacket, though the result is a poor fit, and jeopardizes durability and aesthetics.
'Half-canvassed' jackets have canvas material running only through the chest and lapels of the coat. Past that point, the jacket is fused.
In the 'full canvas' garment, you can see how the jacket is composed entirely of cloth and horsehair canvas. The fabric is stitched directly to the canvas
Full canvas is an expression of quality and luxury and we proudly stand for it. A full canvas jacket is lighter more comfortable and results in a much better fit. Full canvas is more durable, compared to a half canvas and of likewise to a fused canvas, because it requires a much longer tailoring time, production costs are higher.
We only used high quality horsehair canvas and absolutely no glue
